April 10th 2013 reply. Afterward i get a strange eerie feeling like i just woke up from a bad dream. Though in many cases people do not realize that they snore. Fall asleep no problem then wake up myself dh and the neighbours by snorting really loudly i think it s cause my nose is blocked at night i also seem to sleep with my mouth open and end up with really dry mouth and nightmares about being thirsty and not being able to get water.
Occasionally i will actually hear myself start snoring as i m dozing off and i wake up in a start. I keep waking myself up snoring heeeeeeeelp. These are all good remedies but i must point out that the symptoms that are listed e g tiredness upon waking up in the morning feeling like you ve gotten no rest at all during the night waking up because your own snoring is loud are all symptoms of a medical condition called sleep apnea. If you find yourself waking up choking or gasping for air you definitely should go to a doctor as soon as possible.
